This area is located between Byron Base Line Road and Southdale Road West west of Colonel Talbot Road. The area is divided into many small pockets and you will find condos, highrises and single family homes. A lot of people like this area because you are still close to all major highways and Byron is self contained with numerous conveniences and you are about 20 minutes from the downtown area. Prices vary in this area depending on the house and the lot size and you can probably find a good house on a large mature lot.
