This area is located between Highway 401 and Highbury Avenue   heading west towards Green Valley Road and Wilton Grove Road east to Wellington Road South past Hubrey Road.   Mostly in this area you will find industrial and some single family homes with large lots including acreage.   The prices vary and you are located about 30 minutes to the downtown area and around the corner from the major highways.
