This area is located west of Adelaide Street north to the river between river and Oxford Street West .  This area is a very popular area and a very trendy one.  This is a very different area as no two houses are alike and it has now become a very popular area for students going to UWO as you are only minutes away and within walking distance to downtown and some good bus routes. A lot of the houses now have been converted to student housing with a lot of students' parents coming to London to buy a home and house their son or daughter and their friends and gives them a chance to make some money and their child to have a decent place to live while they attending UWO.  You will also find some executive homes on larger treed mature lots around St. Joseph ’s Hospital.  A lot of professionals like living in this area as they are walk to their jobs in the downtown area and they don’t need to worry about parking and also it’s location to the Covent Garden Market and the John Labatt Centre.  It is also an easy walk to Kings University College .
