Attractions:

This area is located west of Adelaide Street North to river between Oxford Street East and Dundas Street .  This area is very poplar because it consists of our downtown and surrounding area and from most locations to can walk to downtown.  You will find a lot of multi family units in this area and the prices and style of the homes vary.  You are on an excellent bus route, whether it goes to UWO or Fanshawe College .  Students like to locate in this area because of it’s location.  You can enjoy the Covent Garden Market or Victoria Park in the summer with it’s many activities.  There is always something to do and a lot of bars and restaurants are located in this grid.  The schools and churches are also excellent in this area.
