This area is located North of Commissioners Road West to Oxford Street West surrounded by the river (& urban growth boundary).  This area is fairly new so you have a mixture of smaller to larger condos and homes.  The area is located at the edge of the city limits so you are about 20 minutes from the downtown area.  A lot of people like this area because you are close to the famous London Hunt and Country Club and houses tend to be on larger lots.
