This area is located between Emery Street East and Commissioners Road East, west of Wellington Road to Wharncliffe Road South.  The houses in this little pocket of Old South is made up with newer to older homes and the prices vary.  There are a lot of larger homes being built and is a great section for doctors or nurses being close to the hospital and located minutes from all the major highways.  You are also close to all conveniences.
