This area will be found west of Egerton Street to Adelaide Street North between Dundas Street and the river.   This area is mostly surrounding the Western Fair and Casino and many tourists come everyday because of it’s attractions which include many shows throughout the year plus horse races and people always like to gamble.   The first two weeks in September just after school starts the fair comes to town and that is a major event for the city. The houses in this area are older and no two homes are alike.
