This area is located west of Highbury Avenue North to Egerton Street between Dundas Street and the river.   In this area you will find the Silverwoods Park Community Centre

and on the whole the houses are older and smaller and prices vary depending on the size of the house and lot size.   You usually can get a good deal on a house in this area.   You are still in walking distance to the Western Fair Grounds and Casino and are on an excellent bus route.
