This area is located west of Veterans Memorial Parkway (Highway #100) to Clarke Road between Gore Road and the river. This subdivision in more industrial than residential being close to Highway #401 and easy access to Nilestown and Dorchester; you are also close to the Airport. From this area you are about 20 minutes from the downtown area.
The residential area consists of newer and older homes with the prices varying depending on the house and lot. The lots tend to be bigger than in the city. There are also a lot of businesses located in this area because of the access to the highways.
